1. Who we are

DAYQUEST is operated by Vishwa Koolla, an individual based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). When you use DAYQUEST you are entering into an agreement with Vishwa Koolla. Contact: Vishwa.koolla@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use DAYQUEST, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be of legal age in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. The service

DAYQUEST is a daily challenge platform. Players complete quests, submit proof (video, screenshot or photo), and earn XP when proof is verified. An automated AI checker reviews proof and may reject submissions that appear AI-generated, edited, or unrelated to the quest. DAYQUEST PLUS is an optional paid membership that adds exclusive challenges, a PLUS leaderboard, a profile badge and eligibility to redeem XP for gift cards.

4. Your account

Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use DAYQUEST for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive, or to send spam;
• submit fake, AI-generated, stolen or manipulated proof, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• upload malware, probe or attack our systems, scrape the service, or bypass technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the proof you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to run the service, including automated verification. The AI checker can make mistakes; its decisions are provided as-is.

7. XP and gift cards

XP has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Gift card redemption is available only with an active PLUS membership and is subject to review; we may refuse redemptions linked to fraud or rule breaches. XP you have earned is kept if PLUS ends.

8. Intellectual property

We own DAYQUEST, including its software, design, branding and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for personal purposes within your plan.

9. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, taxes, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. DAYQUEST PLUS costs $5.99 CAD per month, renews monthly until cancelled, and can be cancelled anytime from the PLUS page; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

10. Service availability

We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our rules. You can stop using DAYQUEST at any time.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

13. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
